What is your return policy? 

𓇼 We strive to make every piece as perfect for each customer and we’re sorry to hear of any issues.

If you believe your item is faulty to make a return please contact our team to email address crotchetila@gmail.com including a brief summary of why you are making your return ( images if necessary ) and specify the faulty product with your purchase.

We will then organise a code with store credit as reimbursement is unavailable during this time.

We have a strict 30 day return policy upon purchases made. Any items not returned to us before this duration will incur in non accessible store credit unless discussed otherwise with our management. 

If you would like to make a return we will email you with instructions and how to make your return. Once your item/s has been received within the 30 day policy, you will receive another email from our team with your store credit of returned item. 

NOTE - Please do not ship items back before contacting our email address. 

 

How long does shipping take ? 

𓇼 Shipping is currently through AusPost, once your purchase is made you will receive a confirmation email. This is NOT to be classified as your item/s being processed/shipped. We will send you another email once your item has been processed and can usually take between

1-3 days ( Express )

OR

5-7 days ( Standard ) 

 

What if my size is sold out when will you restock? 

𓇼 As our stock is limited and handmade so we will be supplying our stock in quantities to what material we hold. Therefore once a size has been sold out there is to be no further restock.

However, upon business growth we are currently working to keep you updated on any possible restocks depending on popularity of specific items and you can be further notified of any possible restocks through our social media accounts OR subscribing to our newsletter when these restocks may occur 

What payment methods do you accept? 

𓇼 we accept Visa , MasterCard, Shop Pay, Pay Pal and any Shopify Payments 

 

Do you ship internationally ? 

𓇼 At this time we currently ship to customers within Australia. We are working on shipment options internationally currently and hope to bring that option soon. 

How can I track my order once it is made ?

𓇼 We are currently shipping orders through Auspost - with every order made we will provide a tracking number after shipping has been made. Simply use the Aus Post tracking website entering your unique order number and you will be updated from there where about your order is expected to be delivered.
