At crotchetila we are driven to inspire our consumers from crafting something into anything. Whether that creating art or basic life courses we encounter, the creativity is endless. Our love of the ocean and the free spirit it can bring us, we have created a product that feels desiring. In the sense we hope to inspire and continue this journey of inspiring ideas for each bikini.

What is your return policy? 

𓇼 We strive to make every piece as perfect for each customer and this may sometimes happen with any item. If you believe your item is faulty when making a return please contact our email crotchetila@gmail.com with a brief summary of why you are making your return ( images if necessary ) and specify the faulty product with your purchase. We will then organise a code with store credit as reimbursement is unavailable during this time. 

NOTE - Please do not ship items back before contacting our email address. 

How long does shipping take ? 

𓇼 Shipping is currently through AusPost, once your purchase is made you will receive a confirmation email. This is NOT to be classified as your item/s being processed/shipped. We will send you another email once your item has been processed and can usually take between

1-3 days ( Express )

OR

5-7 days ( Standard ) 

What if my size is sold out when will you restock? 

𓇼 As our stock is limited we will be supplying PRE ORDER items for popular products. There is no definitive date at this time. 

𓇼 If you have ordered a pre - order item please be aware they're shipped to the customer once available. Pre-orders allow customers to order products before they are available.

What payment methods do you accept? 

𓇼 we accept Visa , MasterCard, Shop Pay, Pay Pal and any Shopify Payments 

When is your next collection launch ? 

𓇼 We are currently working on our next WINTER collection. We will be launching our first product as of June 24 along with 2 more products hopefully some weeks later to add to this collection. Keep an eye out on our socials to be notified. 

How can I track my order once it is made ?

𓇼 We are currently shipping orders through Auspost - with every order made we will provide a tracking number after shipping has been made. Simply use the Aus Post tracking website entering your unique order number and you will be updated from there where about your order is expected to be delivered.
